HOW TO MEASURE YOURSELF
1. Bust / Chest — Measure around the fullest part of your chest, keeping the tape parallel to the ground.
2. Waist — Measure around your natural waistline — the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button.
3. Hips — Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, about 7–9 inches below your natural waist.
