SHIPPING

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipped within 1–2 business days of being placed. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship outside the US?
At this time we ship within the United States only.

Can I buy online and pick up in store?
Yes! We offer in-store pickup at our boutique located at 65 East Main Street, Statesboro, GA 30458. Select the pickup option at checkout and we'll have your order ready for you. Store hours are Tuesday–Friday 11am–5:30pm and Saturday 10am–5pm.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Do you accept returns?
We accept returns for store credit only — we do not offer cash or card refunds. All returns must be initiated and received by us within 15 days of the delivery date as shown on your shipment tracking.

Is there a restocking fee?
Yes, there is a 3% restocking fee applied to all returns.

What condition must items be in to be returned?
All items must be returned in the condition they were received — unworn, unwashed, and free of smoke, deodorant, and perfume. All original tags must still be attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Who pays for return shipping?
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to provide prepaid return labels at this time. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return arrives safely.

What items cannot be returned?
Final sale items, accessories, and any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase cannot be returned or exchanged.

How do I know what size to order?
We recommend checking the size details listed on each product page. If you're between sizes, we note fit details like 'runs true to size' or 'runs slightly small' on each listing. You can also email us at info@mirroronmain.com and we're happy to help you find the right fit.

Do you carry plus sizes?
Yes! We carry a wide selection of styles in plus sizes. Browse our Plus Size collection to find pieces made for every body.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! We offer Mirror on Main gift cards available for purchase online. They make the perfect gift for any occasion.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.
